We still love Manila. Pampanga simply gave our family a different rhythm — more room to slow down, make things by hand, and enjoy being home together.

🤎 Why Bale Bella began

A family move that turned into something sweet.

Bale Bella Bakehouse began after a mother and daughter moved with their family from Manila to San Fernando, Pampanga looking for a little more calm, space, and time together.

Manila will always be part of our story, but there was something about settling in Pampanga that made home feel slower in the best way. In between ordinary days, cooking, experimenting, and baking became a shared ritual — something they genuinely looked forward to.

What started as homemade treats for the family slowly became recipes worth sharing. A passion that lived quietly in the kitchen turned into a small home bakehouse built around one simple idea: make food with care, make it memorable, and make people feel welcome.

How do I place an order?

Choose your products and box sizes, then complete the order form. The site copies your prepared request and opens Facebook Messenger; paste and send it there. You can also use the Instagram option. Your order becomes final only after we confirm availability, schedule and the final amount.

How far in advance should I order?

Cookies and brownies generally require at least one day of lead time. Banana loaves, cheesecakes and selected boxes may require two days or more. The ordering app automatically updates the earliest selectable date based on your cart.

When do I pay with GCash?

Pay only after Bale Bella Bakehouse confirms your order. We will send the official GCash details in the same official Messenger or Instagram conversation. Use your Bale Bella order reference and reply there with your payment receipt.

Can I order Bale Bella products as gifts or for corporate events?

Yes. Choose Gift or Corporate in the order form. You can add a recipient name, gift message, company details, estimated quantity and customization requests such as individual packaging or branded stickers.
